Frequently Asked Questions
1. How can I reserve a room at CFBC
Contact Lauren Odom at 402.564.4279
2. How do I become a member at CFBC
Twice a year we hold a new members class, one in Spring and one in Fall. There are four meetings, one per week, and we ask that you take part in at least three of them. We do not simply allow for transfer of membership from one church to CFBC. We are a body of believers, a family that exists for the glory of God and the edification of one another. In order to be a member you need to know what we believe, what we teach and how we hold one another accountable in the Lord. Since churches vary so much in this process, we find it necessary to communicate all these things up front rather than simply assuming your previous church held to the same convictions.
Please check our Web calendar for dates and times. Contact Pastor Dan for more questions.
3. How can I get married at CFBC
In order to be married at CFBC, you must be willing to go through an initial meeting with our pastor as well as agree to premarital counseling with anyone of our elders. We recommend you read the short book, Practicing Affirmation by Sam Crabtree as well as working through the book Preparing for Marriage by Dennis Rainey.
